Rachel's Challenge

On September 21, 2011, Frank Lloyd Wright PTA is proud to bring Rachel's Challenge to the students of Frank Lloyd Wright Intermediate School.  Most adults remember the day in  April of 1999 at Columbine High School where Rachel Scott was the first victim shot and killed.  Rachel's acts of kindness and philosophy on life have become a powerful, inspirational challenge to today's youth.  We all know that bullying is a huge problem in our schools and our children's social lives.  The message in Rachel's story of her short life is to reach out to others with kindness and possibly start a chain reaction of kindness throughout the school and community.
